Marcos Camhis is a Director of Americano Nickel. Marcos was a Director at EFG Asset Management in Geneva where he established and managed the EFG Hedge Fund Solutions (HFS) department and service offering, the global alternative investment platform of EFG Bank. From 2000 to 2009, Marcos was the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Business Development at CMA, a Bermuda and Geneva based Fund of Hedge Funds with over $3 Billion under management.
During his career at EFG and CMA, Marcos was a Member of the Board of Directors of numerous onshore and offshore funds, as well as being responsible for a series of structured investment products launched with major international banks. Marcos began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in London, working as a risk management consultant. Marcos holds a BA from Warwick University, an MA from the College of Europe in Belgium and completed the Real Estate Management Program at Harvard Business School.
Jozef Hendriks is a Director of Americano Nickel Limited. Mr Hendriks specialised in international tax with Coopers & Lybrand in The Netherlands from 1978 to 1980 and he was employed by CuraƧao International Trust Company N.V. as a lawyer from 1980 to 1983 when he joined the GAM group. At GAM, Mr. Hendriks was the Managing Director of Global Asset Management Limited, Bermuda until 2002.
From 2002, he has been the Managing Director and owner of Harbour International Trust Company Limited; a Bermuda licensed trust company, and a director of various international companies. Mr. Hendriks graduated from the University of Nijmegen in The Netherlands with a degree in Dutch Law.
Ned Steinman is a Member of the Board of Falconbridge Dominicana (Falcondo) which was acquired by Americano Nickel Limited in August 2015. He is a partner in Canada of the global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright. Mr. Steinman advises on acquisitions, dispositions and financing of mines, mining companies and significant mining projects and on a broad range of mining related matters with respect to easements, claims, permit requirements and mine closures.
He advises on mining M&A transactions, mineral title review, exploration, development, production, reclamation and mine closure and regulatory matters. Mr. Steinman has advised clients throughout Canada with a particular emphasis on mining properties in Northern Canada (the territories of Nunavut, North West Territories and Yukon), British Columbia, Ontario and Quebec. In addition, Mr. Steinman has been involved in several global mining projects around the world including jurisdictions in Africa, Central and South America, and the Middle East.
